Using Gallup's Strengths Finder as a foundation, the presentation guides team members in understanding their strengths finder assessment and how to work with others effectively through a strengths-based approach.  The groups will participate in 3-4 tailored activities linked the organization's goals and objectives.

The presentation will introduce foundational principles of DEI, including essential terminology and definitions, gender-neutral pronouns, allyship and accompliceship. Participants will engage in activities and dialogue to reinforce learning and active involvement in creating an environment of C.A.R.E.

The following workshops focus on skill and knowledge development that would best serve college age students for life after the undergraduate experience.
