No. The intake session and packages are not refundable.

Appointments can be booked 5 days in advance

Yes, you can change your appointment date and time up to two times ONLY. Notice of rescheduling must take place 48 hours before your current appointment. If you need to reschedule a third time, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. If you cancel or submit a request to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will be charged a $45 inconvenience fee.

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. 

Appointment packages  must be purchased within two weeks of the initial intake meeting. If you fail to identify a package or meeting date and time, you will need to purchase and complete another intake meeting when you are ready to proceed. 

You can schedule your next appointment at the conclusion of each consulting meeting. 

Yes, if you would like to continue meeting regarding the same topic, you can purchase additional meetings without purchasing or completing another intake meeting. If your goals or topics of conversation DIFFERS from the original goals or topic, you will need to complete another intake meeting before booking additional sessions.
