The intro meeting and appointments are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule each meeting a max of two times via the website booking client. 

If after your second rescheduled appointment you are unable to make it, your intake fee and package purchase are no longer redeemable.

Notice of rescheduling must take place 48 hours before your current appointment. If you need to reschedule a third time, you will be charged the full price of the appointment. If you cancel or submit a request to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will be charged a $45 inconvenience fee. You may reschedule via the online appointment calendar or through direct contact with your consultant.
